NCSBA is pleased to announce our partnership with the
Federal Automated Recovery System (FARS). FARS provides an efficient method
of electronically recovering NSF checks that are passed through school
district accounts everyday. FARS utilizes federal and state laws allowing
the electronic recovery process of NSF checks which results in a high rate
of recovery at no cost to the school district.
There is no district cost to participate in this
service. The district pays no upfront retainer or annual renewal fee for
this protection.
