NCSBA is pleased to offer training opportunities through webinars. School board members and administrators will learn valuable information on relevant issues from members of the NCSBA staff. Please note that the connection fee is per computer connection.
Calculating Webinar Cost
Connection Fee + Board Member Training Credit Fee = Total Webinar Cost
Connection Fee: The connection fee for one computer is $150 per training hour. School board members and district personnel can use the technology and meeting space available in their district to gather in a central location and project the presentation to as many people as desired.
Board Member Training Credit Fee: Board members are encouraged to participate in webinar training and use the opportunity to meet the state’s general statute requirement of 12 clock hours of training annually. Districts should include $10/hr in their calculations for each board member participating for training credit.
