NCSBA has prepared model affidavits for the admission of students under G.S. 115C-366(a3). These affidavits include a provision for the admission of non-domiciliary children of military families, as recently authorized by the General Assembly. The affidavits are intended to be self-explanatory, but local boards may develop instructions for their use as necessary.
