Policy Manual Customization

NCSBA now offers custom policy services to local boards. Our staff will analyze your current board manual and determine which policies need to be added to meet state and federal requirements. We use our sample policy manual, Policies to Lead the Schools, and its coding system as a basis of the policy manual. We then customize the manual for an individual board by adding language or policies that reflect the board's specific practices and goals.

For those boards that prefer to purchase PLS and rewrite the policy manual themselves using PLS, we will do a review of your changes to ensure compliance.
