A Comprehensive Electronic Reference on Legal Issues Affecting North Carolina Public Schools
ELNC is a subscription-based law treatise that provides electronic access to up-to-date information about laws that affect North Carolina public schools. ELNC was first published in 1987 by the Principals’ Executive Program, a part of the Center for School Leadership Development of the University of North Carolina, and NCSBA took over its publication in January 2008.
