SEARCH
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
·
An earned doctorate in educational administration is desirable but not
required.
·
It is desired that candidates hold or be eligible for a North Carolina
Superintendent’s Certificate.
·
Experience in teaching and school administration required.
·
The applicant should be a person of proven administrative leadership
ability with a sound understanding of financial management, especially in the
area of the school budget.
·
The applicant must have a history of personal and professional
integrity and be dedicated to educational excellence.
·
The applicant must demonstrate a potential for strong instructional
leadership and the ability to motivate instructional
and support staff toward optimum performance.
·
Successful candidate will be required to live within
