During this webinar the presenter will discuss the 2014 U.S. Supreme Court and 2017 Fourth Circuit cases that address some of the legal issues related to the practice of opening school board meetings with prayer.  Although these cases do not provide a definitive answer to every related legal question, this webinar will discuss the clear holding of each case so that school board members and administrators will be well-informed about the current status of the law.
