Staff will monitor the block of rooms and work with hotel staff to ensure those with a reservation have actually registered for the conference. Those not registered for the conference will be removed from NCSBA’s room block. \nNCSBA 2025 Room Reservation Link \n\n  \nCancellation/Refund Requests\nNCSBA understands that plans may change and alter your ability to attend your registered event. The association makes arrangements and incurs expenses in anticipation of your attendance. The following information specifies the refund policy and allowable substitutions for NCSBA conferences and workshops.
