DESCRIPTION:LEAD trainings are a collaborative partnership between each of the eight regional education service alliances and NCSBA to bring information to local areas. The spring 2025 sessions will incorporate networking opportunities\, a legal/policy update\, and board member development training. \nAgenda \n9:00-9:05 AM       Welcome\n9:05-9:50 AM       Board Member Development Training\n9:50-10:10 AM     Networking Conversations\n10:10-10:55 AM   Legal and Policy Update\n10:55-11:00 AM   Closing \nRegistration \n  \nNotes: \n\nRegistration for the event is $59. This includes snacks and workshop materials.\nNCSBA requires a minimum of 10 registrants in order to hold LEAD training in each location. If we must cancel a workshop due to lack of registrants\, we will contact you and issue you a refund for paid registrations.\nThe cancellation deadline is 72 hours prior to the event for which the attendee is registered\, minus a $20 cancellation fee. After that date\, no refunds will be given. No-shows will not be refunded. If cancellations are necessary\, the notice must be made in writing to JohLee Long at jl***@***ba.org.
