Drone Liability Schedule Change Request Form

Members of NCSBT’s Errors & Omissions/General Liability Fund must submit this Drone Liability Schedule Change Request form in order to add or delete Drones for coverage under NCSBT’s Drone Liability Coverage. Note: NCSBT’s Drone Liability Coverage is subject to all terms and conditions of the Coverage Agreement and does not apply to any Claim arising out of or in connection with, in whole or in part:

  • the electronic malfunction and/or failure of electronic components, accessories, or power equipment of a Drone;

  • the operation of a Drone which is over 20 inches in length and/or weighs more than five pounds;

  • the operation of a Drone at an altitude higher than 400 feet or at a speed faster than 50 miles per hour;

  • the operation of a Drone between sunset and sunrise, in weather that allows less than three miles of visibility, outside the operator’s visual line of sight, or indoors; or

  • the operation of a Drone that was not included in the Member’s schedule on file with NCSBT at the time of the incident giving rise to the Claim.
