NCSBA understands that plans may change and alter your ability to attend an event. The following information outlines refund, cancellation, and substitutions allowable for NCSBA events.

 

Full Refund

A full refund will be given to those who cancel in writing 30 calendar days prior to the day before the start of the event.

 

Cancellation Fee – $50

A refund less $50 will be given to individuals who cancel less than 30 days and prior to 7 days before the start of the event.

 

Substitutions

Cancellations received 6 days prior to the start of the event are not eligible for refunds; however, substitutions are accepted at any time.

 

Persons who registered for the conference but have not paid their invoices will continue to be billed if not canceled within the above-stated time frames as the association performs duties and incurs expenses in anticipation of your participation. Cancellation requests received after the start of the event will not be accepted as the association has performed duties and incurred expenses based on your planned participation.
